The Role: A320 Co-Pilot (Second Officer / First Officer)
easyJet is seeking experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join its team on a permanent contract, based in Naples, Italy. Operating from the right-hand seat, the successful candidate will be appointed as either a Second Officer or First Officer, contingent upon their accumulated flying hours and prior airline experience. This role requires dedicated support to the Captain and crew, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and the delivery of easyJet's renowned service.

Initial Training Overview
Successful A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will complete a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) upon joining the airline.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this prestigious aviation role, applicants must fulfill the following stringent criteria:
- Demonstrated operational experience as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the 12 months preceding the application date.
- A minimum of 500 total flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
- Possession of a valid A320 Line Proficiency Check (LPC) upon commencement of employment.
- Hold an Austrian EASA Licence, or be prepared to convert to an Austrian EASA Licence.
- Hold an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate, or be prepared to convert to an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Achieved a minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
- Possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work in Italy, with unhindered access across the UK, EEA, and easyJet's extensive network.
The Selection Process
The selection process for this role is rigorously structured into four comprehensive stages:
- Stage 1: Online Application – Submission of the initial application.
- Stage 2: Online Assessments – Completion of required online evaluations.
- Stage 3: Application Review – Detailed review of submitted applications and assessment results.
- Stage 4: Assessment Centre – Candidates who successfully progress through Stages 1-3 will be invited to an easyJet Assessment Centre. This stage, conducted at one of easyJet's Simulator Centres, will encompass both a Non-Technical Assessment and a Technical (Simulator) Assessment.
