A320 Co-Pilot - Naples
easyJet is seeking experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join our Naples base on a permanent contract. This role offers the opportunity to join a modern fleet and contribute to Europe’s most loved airline, with clear career development paths based on merit.
Role Overview
As a Second Officer or First Officer (rank dependent on flying hours and experience), the successful candidate will support the Captain and crew in flight deck operations. Applicants will complete a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) upon joining.
Candidate Requirements

Current experience as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months at the point of application.

A minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.

A valid A320 Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.

Must hold or be willing to convert to an Austrian EASA Licence.

Must hold or be willing to convert to an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical.

Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.

Right to live and work in Italy, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.
