A320 Co-Pilot - Naples

easyJet is seeking experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join our Naples base on a permanent contract. This role offers the opportunity to join a modern fleet and contribute to Europe’s most loved airline, with clear career development paths based on merit.

Role Overview

As a Second Officer or First Officer (rank dependent on flying hours and experience), the successful candidate will support the Captain and crew in flight deck operations. Applicants will complete a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) upon joining.

Candidate Requirements

• Current experience as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months at the point of application.
• A minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
• A valid A320 Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.
• Must hold or be willing to convert to an Austrian EASA Licence.
• Must hold or be willing to convert to an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical.
• Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
• Right to live and work in Italy, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.
