A320 Co-Pilot - Naples Base
easyJet is currently seeking experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join the team on a permanent basis in Naples. As a member of the flight deck crew, the successful candidate will provide essential support to the Captain, contributing to the airline's commitment to efficiency and its vision of becoming Europe’s most loved airline. Role Overview
Depending on individual flying hours and professional experience, candidates will be ranked as either a Second Officer or a First Officer. Upon successful appointment, all A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will be required to complete the standard easyJet Operational Conversion Course (OCC).
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Current experience as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the 12 months preceding the application.

A minimum of 500 flight hours completed on A320 family aircraft.

Possession of a valid A320 License Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.

Must hold, or be willing to convert to, an Austrian EASA License.

Must hold, or be willing to convert to, an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical.

Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.

Legal right to live and work in Italy, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.
