A320 Co-Pilot - Naples
easyJet is seeking experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join the team on a permanent contract basis at our Naples base. This role offers the opportunity to fly a modern, safe fleet across diverse European destinations while contributing to the airline's mission of making low-cost travel accessible.
Successful candidates will be ranked as Second Officer or First Officer based on previous flight experience and hours. The role involves providing support to the Captain and crew while benefiting from a culture that emphasizes merit-based professional development.
Initial Training
A320 family (A319/A320/A321) Co-Pilots will be required to complete a standard easyJet Operations Conversion Course (OCC) upon joining.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Experience operating as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months at the time of application.

A minimum of 500 flight hours on A320 family aircraft.

A valid A320 License Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.

Possession of, or willingness to obtain, an Austrian EASA License.

Possession of, or willingness to obtain, an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical.

Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.

Right to live and work in Italy with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.
