Co-Pilot, A320 (Naples Base)

An opportunity is available for qualified individuals to join easyJet as Co-Pilots, operating from the right-hand seat. The specific rank, either Second Officer or First Officer, will be determined based on the candidate's flying hours and airline experience. In this role, the Co-Pilot provides essential support to the Captain and the rest of the crew, contributing significantly to the smooth and efficient operation of flights.

easyJet is currently inviting applications from experienced A320 Co-Pilots for permanent contracts based at its Naples base. Upon joining, A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will successfully complete a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC).

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this Co-Pilot position, applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

• Have operated as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the 12 months immediately preceding the date of application.
• Possess a minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
• Hold a valid A320 Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.
• Hold an Austrian EASA Licence or be willing and able to convert to one.
• Hold an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate or be willing and able to convert to one.
• Have achieved a minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Italy, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the wider easyJet network.

The Selection Process

The selection process for this role comprises the following stages:

STAGE 1 – Online Application Submission

STAGE 2 – Completion of Online Assessments

STAGE 3 – Application Review

STAGE 4 – Assessment Centre: Candidates who successfully progress through the initial stages will be invited to attend an easyJet Assessment Centre. This typically includes both a Non-Technical assessment and a Technical (Simulator) assessment, conducted at one of easyJet's Simulator Centres.
