Operating from the right-hand seat within the flight deck, the A320 Co-Pilot role is ranked as either Second Officer or First Officer, depending on the individual's flight hours and prior airline experience. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Captain and the wider cabin crew, contributing to easyJet's mission to make low-cost travel accessible and enhance its position as Europe's most admired airline.

easyJet is actively seeking experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join the team on a permanent contract, based at the Naples hub. Initial Training Overview:

A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots undertaking this role will complete a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) upon commencing employment.

Requirements of the Role:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following mandatory criteria:

• Must have operated as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months at the time of application.
• Possess a minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
• Hold a valid A320 Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.
• Hold or be willing to convert to an Austrian EASA Licence.
• Hold or be willing to convert to an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrate a minimum ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency.
• Hold the legal right to live and work in Italy, with unrestricted access throughout the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.

The Selection Process:

The recruitment process for the A320 Co-Pilot position consists of the following stages:

Stage 1: Online Application Submission

Stage 2: Completion of Online Assessments

Stage 3: Application Review and Screening

Stage 4: Assessment Centre - Candidates who successfully pass Stages 1-3 will receive an invitation to an easyJet Assessment Centre. This phase takes place at one of the airline's Simulator Centres and includes both a Non-Technical Assessment and a Technical (Simulator) Assessment.
