A320 Co-Pilot based in Naples

easyJet is seeking motivated and experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join its team on a permanent contract based in Naples. Successful candidates will become integral members of the flight deck, supporting the Captain and crew in delivering easyJet's commitment to low-cost travel and contributing to its goal of becoming Europe’s most loved airline.

Depending on flying hours and airline experience, the role will be ranked as Second Officer or First Officer, operating from the right-hand seat. easyJet is dedicated to identifying and promoting talent from within, offering significant development opportunities based on merit. Initial Training

A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots joining easyJet will complete a standard company operational control course (OCC).

Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria for their application to be considered:

• Must have operated as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the 12 months prior to the application date.
• A minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft is required.
• Possession of a valid A320 LPC upon joining.
• Hold an Austrian EASA Licence or be willing to convert to one.
• Hold an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical or be willing to convert to one.
• Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
• Must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Italy, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.

Selection Process

The selection process involves several stages:

1. Online Application submission.
2. Completion of Online Assessments.
3. Application Review by the easyJet team.
4. Assessment Centre: Candidates successful in the initial stages will be invited to an easyJet Assessment Centre. This includes both Non-Technical and Technical (Simulator) Assessments conducted at one of the airline's Simulator Centres.
