Eastern Airlines Seeks Hawker 800XP Captain for Corporate Flight Operations

Eastern Airlines is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join its flight operations team as a Hawker 800XP Captain. This full-time position is based in Kansas City (KMCI), offering a convenient location less than an hour from major hubs such as MCI, MIA, and ATL.

About the Role:

The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company's Hawker 800XP aircraft under Part 91 regulations. This position involves approximately 360 flight hours annually, primarily focused on routes between KMCI, KMIA, and KATL. Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining the highest safety standards in all aspects of flight operations, ensuring compliance with all company procedures and FAA regulations.
Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections, meticulous flight planning, and in-depth weather analysis.
Ensuring accurate completion of all required flight documentation.
Collaborating effectively with the flight department, including the SIC, maintenance technician, and part-time pilot contractor.
Maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of corporate travel, including potential for international trips.

Qualifications:

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with an HS-125 Type Rating.
Completion of Simulator Training (CAE or Flight Safety) within the past 24 months.
FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
2500 hours Total Fixed Wing flight time.
1500 hours Turbojet experience.
1000 hours Multi-Engine Land experience.
1000 hours Pilot-in-Command experience.
250 hours in Type (Hawker 800XP).
Valid passport and driver's license.
Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug tests, background checks, and a criminal history records check (CHRC).
