Corporate Pilot (Captain)

Admiral Beverage Corporation is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Corporate Pilot (Captain) to join its aviation team based at the Worland Jet Center in Worland, Wyoming (KWRL). This is a full-time position requiring a dedicated professional committed to safety and excellence.

The Corporate Pilot (Captain) will serve as Pilot-in-Command on a Challenger 650 and Hawker 750 aircraft. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.

Schedule:

The current schedule is 2 weeks on and 1 week off, with the potential to transition to a 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off schedule upon completion of required training.

Qualifications:

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate: Airplane Multi-Engine Land.
• First Class FAA Medical Certificate.
• Minimum of 2,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
• Minimum of 500 hours Multi-Engine Land (AMEL) time.
• Challenger 650 (CL-604) and/or Hawker HS125 Type Rating preferred.
• Proline 21 experience preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to assigned work schedule.
• Pilot aircraft in assigned crew position on scheduled flights.
• Perform all flight planning, weight and balance calculations, and performance planning.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections and procedures.
• Assist with aircraft and hangar maintenance as assigned.
• Maintain aircraft interior and exterior cleanliness.
• Maintain FAA and corporate pilot qualifications.
• Instruct passengers on cabin emergency procedures.
• Coordinate ground transportation and accommodations for passengers and crew.
• Perform aviation department administrative and support activities as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot or other supervisor.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in aviation or a related field is preferred.

Office Requirements/Conditions:

Work hours may vary in length and schedule, potentially including non-standard workweeks.

Travel Requirement:

Frequent travel is required, potentially up to 100% of the time, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight stays. The ability to work extended hours with limited scheduling control and to report to work on short notice is essential.

Location:

Worland, WY (KWRL) Local candidates are preferred, but those residing or willing to relocate within a 5-hour drive of Worland, WY will be considered.

Pay:

Starting wage up to $165,000, commensurate with experience, type ratings, and location. Upon rating completion, flight performance review, demonstration of competency and ability, or other identified criteria, wage may be increased up to $185,000.
