- You will patiently explain all onboard procedures to ensure a safe and smooth flight operation.
- Your caring nature will ensure that our guests feel comfortable and well looked after at all times.
- You will accompany our guests during the most beautiful time of the year, engage in friendly conversation, and offer valuable tips and recommendations for their journey.
- You will see onboard sales as an integral part of your service mentality.

Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Completed secondary education (intermediate school leaving certificate or Abitur preferred)
- Experience in the hotel / hospitality industry is advantageous
- Fluent language skills in German and English (written and spoken), additional language skills are beneficial
- Ability to swim safely
- Valid passport with no restrictions
- Ability to reach the duty station within 90 minutes upon call
- Strong service orientation
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Excellent team and social skills

- Willingness to receive a yellow fever vaccination
