Position Overview
Clay Lacy Aviation seeks a dedicated and service-oriented full-time Cabin Attendant to deliver an unparalleled experience onboard a Gulfstream G700. This pivotal role is responsible for the comprehensive management of aircraft cabin services, ensuring the utmost adherence to safety protocols and exceeding client expectations. The Cabin Attendant will meticulously maintain aircraft inventory, prepare the cabin according to owner preferences, and ensure a seamless and legendary travel experience for all Clay Lacy clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold stringent compliance with all aviation safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional passenger service.
- Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of the owner’s specific preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and other personalized requirements.
- Proactively manage and update passenger profiles and maintain accurate aircraft inventory records.
- Organize and meticulously manage owner lockers, storage areas, and office spaces, ensuring the integrity and readiness of all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments to guarantee the quality, consistency, and availability of all cabin provisions.
- Execute thorough cabin preparation, including the arrangement of amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the interior is immaculate and fully stocked prior to each flight.
- Source, purchase, and stock the aircraft with owner-requested items, implementing a system for supply rotation and replenishment.
- Identify and address any cabin wear and tear issues, coordinating resolutions with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or relevant departments.
- Safely manage the offloading and on-loading of aircraft items during maintenance or as otherwise required.
- Prepare the aircraft to the highest standards for client showings, ensuring a pristine and inviting presentation.
- Demonstrate exceptional flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the owner’s itinerary, adapting to potential flight schedule adjustments.
- Maintain continuous and effective communication with In-Flight Services management to facilitate smooth operations and provide comprehensive support.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned or requested to support the operational needs of the flight department.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 regulations within a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s home base at KOXC. This position is not a commutable or fly-in/fly-out role.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Current and active Food Handler Certification.
- Valid, unexpired passport.
- Current Emergency Training certification from an approved provider, including CPR and First Aid, completed within the past twelve (12) months.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Willingness and ability to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as required.
- Commitment to completing Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $190,000 - $195,000 annually.

Operation: Part 91/135; approximately 400 flight hours annually.
Working Conditions
This role involves frequent travel with prolonged overnight stays in both domestic and international locations. The Cabin Attendant must be comfortable working day and night shifts in all weather conditions, standing and walking for extended periods. The position requires the ability to reason, analyze, solve problems, and prioritize tasks effectively in potentially distracting environments. Employees must be capable of working independently without direct management supervision and must maintain regular, punctual attendance.
