Position Overview
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a dedicated Cabin Attendant to manage the cabin operations of a Boeing Business Jet based at Palm Beach International Airport. This role is responsible for delivering legendary service and maintaining the highest safety standards for our clientele. The position operates under Part 91/135 regulations with approximately 450 flight hours annually. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 per year, inclusive of fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional passenger service while maintaining strict compliance with all safety protocols.

Manage personalized cabin services, including catering, food preferences, and special requests.

Maintain aircraft inventory, organize lockers and cabin supplies, and ensure the cabin is pristine for every flight.

Proactively address cabin wear and tear and coordinate maintenance needs with the Pilot in Command.

Prepare aircraft for potential charter showings and manage all cabin-related logistics.

Engage in continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure operational excellence.

Travel extensively, including prolonged overnight stays for both domestic and international missions.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience on large cabin private or corporate jets under Part 91 and/or Part 135.

Residency within a two-hour drivable commute of the aircraft base (KPBI). This is not a commutable position.

Valid and unexpired driver’s license and passport.

Valid Food Handler Certification.

Emergency training certification from an approved facility completed within the past 12 months, including CPR/First Aid.

Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
