Position Summary
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a dedicated Cabin Attendant to support a Part 91/135 Boeing Business Jet based in Palm Beach, FL. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional, legendary service while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols. The successful candidate will manage all cabin operations, including inventory management, catering, and cabin preparation, ensuring the aircraft meets the highest standards for all clientele. This position involves approximately 450 flight hours annually.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and operational protocols.

Provide personalized service by tracking owner preferences, dietary needs, and special requests.

Maintain accurate aircraft inventory, including bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment.

Organize and maintain owner lockers and office spaces.

Execute high-standard cabin preparation, including cleaning, stocking, and catering procurement.

Monitor cabin condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs with the Pilot in Command.

Manage aircraft loading and offloading during maintenance events.

Prepare the cabin for aircraft showings to prospective charter clients.

Maintain clear communication with In-Flight Services management.

Adapt to a flexible, on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of three years of experience on large cabin private or corporate jets under Part 91 and/or Part 135.

Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft base (KPBI). This is not a commutable position.

Valid and unexpired driver’s license.

Valid and unexpired passport.

Current Food Handler Certification.

Emergency training certificate from an approved facility (completed within the last 12 months), including CPR/First Aid.

Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
