Position Overview
Clay Lacy Aviation is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Cabin Attendant to join its esteemed flight crew. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and exceptional service delivery onboard a Boeing Business Jet. The Cabin Attendant will expertly manage all aspects of cabin operations, providing a seamless, efficient, and memorable experience for Clay Lacy clientele. Key responsibilities include maintaining aircraft inventory, preparing the cabin to owner specifications, and upholding the legendary service standards synonymous with Clay Lacy Aviation.
This role supports a Part 91/135 Boeing Business Jet operating out of Palm Beach, FL (KPBI), with an anticipated annual flight time of approximately 450 hours. The position requires candidates to reside within a two-hour drivable commute to KPBI, as it is not a commutable role.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure unwavering compliance with all aviation safety regulations and protocols while delivering premier passenger service.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the owner's specific preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and other personalized requests to anticipate and fulfill them proactively.
- Meticulously update passenger profiles and maintain accurate, detailed records of aircraft inventory.
- Organize and maintain owner lockers, storage areas, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for, impeccably maintained, and readily accessible.
- Conduct regular inventory assessments to guarantee the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies and amenities.
- Prepare the aircraft cabin to immaculate standards for each flight, ensuring all necessary amenities, catering, and special requests are in place and current.
- Source, procure, and stock the aircraft with owner-requested items, diligently rotating supplies and promptly replacing items as needed.
- Proactively identify and report any cabin wear and tear or maintenance issues to the Pilot in Command (PIC) or the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Safely manage the offloading and on-loading of aircraft items during maintenance periods or as otherwise required.
- Expertly prepare the aircraft for client showings, ensuring it presents at the highest caliber.
- Maintain a highly flexible schedule to accommodate dynamic flight operations and owner requirements, adapting readily to schedule changes.
- Foster continuous and effective communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure operational fluidity and support.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned or requested to support flight operations.
Travel Expectations

Essential Job Functions

Required Education & Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Cabin Attendant on large cabin private or corporate jets operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 regulations.
- Must reside within a two-hour drivable commute of the aircraft's base at KPBI, West Palm Beach, FL. This is not a commutable position.
- Possession of a valid and unexpired driver's license.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Food Handler Certification.
- Must hold a valid and unexpired passport.
- Current certification in Emergency training from an approved facility, including CPR/First Aid, completed within the past 12 months.
- Completion of CLA Indoctrination training.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability to be on-call as required, except during scheduled days off.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
