Position Summary
The Cabin Attendant will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all cabin services onboard the Gulfstream G700, ensuring strict adherence to all aviation safety protocols and regulatory requirements. This professional will provide exceptional, anticipatory service, meticulously catering to the unique preferences and needs of the aircraft owner and Clay Lacy clientele. Key responsibilities include precise inventory management, ensuring the cabin is impeccably prepared and stocked according to owner specifications, and contributing to a seamless and efficient operational experience on every flight.

- Location: Oxford, CT (KOXC) – Candidates are required to reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s home base.
- Compensation: A highly competitive annual salary ranging from $190,000 to $195,000, supplemented by fully paid medical and healthcare premiums.
- Operation: Operating under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations, with approximately 400 flight hours annually.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Cabin Attendant will execute a wide array of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring stringent compliance with all aviation safety regulations and protocols while consistently delivering superior passenger service.
- Acquiring and maintaining detailed knowledge of the owner’s specific food preferences, dietary needs, allergies, and other personalized requests.
- Diligently updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate and comprehensive aircraft inventory records.
- Organizing and meticulously maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained.
- Conducting routine and thorough inventory checks to guarantee the quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies.
- Preparing the aircraft with all necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is impeccably clean, and all items are current and correctly positioned before each flight.
- Sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner’s requested and preferred items, diligently rotating supplies and replacing items as needed.
- Proactively identifying and addressing any issues related to aircraft cabin wear and tear, coordinating effectively with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or the appropriate maintenance department.
- Safely offloading and on-loading aircraft items during scheduled maintenance events or as operational requirements dictate.
- Setting up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it consistently meets the highest aesthetic and functional standards.
- Maintaining a highly flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s dynamic travel plans, readily adjusting to changes in flight schedules.
- Maintaining continuous and transparent communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure seamless operations and comprehensive support.
- Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support overall operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Travel Expectations

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience operating under Part 91 and/or Part 135 regulations within a large cabin private or corporate jet environment.
- Mandatory residency within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s home base at KOXC; this is not a commutable or fly-in/fly-out position.
- Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Active Food Handler Certification.
- Valid, unexpired passport.
- Current Emergency Training certification from an approved training provider, completed within the past 12 months, including CPR and First Aid.
Additional Requirements
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Demonstrated flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments, outside of scheduled days off.
- Completion of Clay Lacy Aviation indoctrination training upon hire.
