The ideal candidate possesses a Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) and a Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR rating. A valid Transport Canada Medical Certificate and a Canadian Radio Telephone License are also required. A minimum of 1500 hours of total flight time is essential, with a preference for 500 multi-engine PIC hours, particularly jet or turbine time. A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred. The ability to lift up to 60 lbs is necessary for this role.

This position requires hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits, as well as a strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance. The candidate must possess expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.

A positive mindset, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills for collaboration and building relationships, are essential. The candidate should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional client service, organizational, and prioritization skills. This role demands a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs. Prior international flying experience, specifically in Europe and South America, is required; previous time on type is preferred. The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule.
