DHC-8 First Officer - Kelowna, BC (YLW)

Central Mountain Air, a leading Canadian regional airline, seeks a highly motivated and skilled DHC-8 First Officer to join its dynamic flight crew based in Kelowna, British Columbia. This individual will play a vital role in the safe and efficient transportation of cargo throughout the airline’s network. This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary ranging from $48,000.00 to $67,000.00.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferred total flight time of 1,000 hours.
  • Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with a valid IATRA or restricted ATPL (IATRA must be completed within the last 18 months).
  • Current Multi Engine IFR rating.
  • Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Valid Passport.
  • No Transport Canada violations or suspensions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card.
  • Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Resident status or a valid Canadian work permit.
  • Ability to travel to/from the United States without restrictions.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs., unassisted.

Preference will be given to candidates possessing a type rating, multi-crew, multi-engine, IFR, and/or turbine experience in 600/702/703/704/705 or military operations. Flight Instructor candidates with 1000+ hours total time will also be considered.
