Key Responsibilities:
The Flight Attendant will execute safety, first aid, and security protocols to the highest standards. They will act as a brand representative, delivering genuine and personalized experiences to all customers. This includes providing exceptional service, crafting memorable inflight experiences, and exceeding customer expectations. Attending to customer needs with care and professionalism, the Flight Attendant will embrace diversity and offer thoughtful support, especially to those requiring additional assistance. The position requires strong teamwork skills, contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive environment. This role also demands the ability to adapt to various situations with confidence, tact, and flexibility while adhering to inflight policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. They should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, or a high school diploma accompanied by at least one year of experience as a flight attendant. Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese is required; a third language is preferred. A valid TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening or a valid IELTS (Academic) result with an overall Band Score of 6.0 or above, taken on or after 01 June 2023, will exempt candidates from the English assessment. Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must have a minimum arm-reach of 208 cm on tiptoe. Prior experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is considered advantageous.
As a safety-sensitive role, successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment background check, including criminal records. They must also demonstrate physical fitness through a medical assessment and pass a pre-employment drug test, adhering to HKCAD guidelines.
