Cabin Crew Career Development Officer
Reporting to the Cabin Crew Development Executive, the Cabin Crew Career Development Officer supports the day-to-day administration and coordination of cabin crew career development within the Inflight Service Delivery Department. The Officer is responsible for various HR projects and daily operations designed to enhance cabin crew engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support throughout the end-to-end cabin crew promotion process, including job postings, application management, applicant timeslot assignments, rostering arrangements, assessment center setup, and logistical arrangements.
- Maintains and manages recruitment-related technology platforms, such as HireVue, Cut-E, and Learning HUB.
- Manages the common mailbox and responds to general inquiries regarding cabin crew progression, promotion, retirement age extension, short-term assignments, and training arrangements.
- Provides comprehensive administrative support throughout the Retirement Age Extension (RAE) process, including preparing briefing decks, generating candidate profiles, supporting activity rundowns, and providing post-activity support.
- Prepares and manages cabin crew rosters for progression and promotion training, and supports promotion activities at outport cabin crew bases.
- Handles roster requests from other departments for cabin crew secondees and provides administrative and logistical support for CXposure, Short-Term Assignments, and Cathay Tours.
- Prepares statistical reports for managers and manages monthly expense claims.
- Provides cross-team support on Cabin Crew Engagement projects, such as Rapport Hour rostering arrangements, when necessary.
- Deputizes for the Cabin Crew Career Development Executive when required.
Requirements:
- Holds a Higher Diploma or Tertiary education in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possesses a strong customer service background. Previous experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Cabin Crew related roles is advantageous.
- Experience working with an applicant booking and recruitment platform is advantageous.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Cantonese.
- Is a team player, proactive, and possesses a high drive with attention to detail.
- Exhibits excellent time management and prioritization skills.
