Cabin Crew Career Talent & Development Executive

The Cabin Crew Career Talent & Development Executive supports the design and execution of career development strategies for Cabin Crew within the Inflight Service Delivery Department. Reporting to the Assistant Manager Cabin Crew Career Development, the incumbent participates in assessment and selection activities for promotion, progression, and retirement age extension interviews. This is a fixed-term, one-year contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the execution of the Cabin Crew Career Development strategy, encompassing selection processes, job advertisement creation, promotion criteria, screening, selection, offer, and training roster arrangement.
  • Manages the promotion assessment and retirement age extension (RAE) process, including stakeholder liaison, briefing preparation and execution, activity rundown design and implementation, participation in panel interviews, result consolidation, and result announcement.
  • Designs and implements assessment tools and systems for progression, promotion, and RAE selections.
  • Participates in role plays and panel interviews for progression, promotion, and RAE assessments, and supports managers in reviewing promotion and RAE processes, proposing alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Manages recruitment-related technology platforms, such as HireVue, Cut-E, and Learning HUB.
  • Oversees the roster arrangement for secondee, progression, and promotion training.
  • Handles CXposure requests from other departments, shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews when necessary.
  • Supports the digitalization project for workflow review.
  • Guides and supports the Cabin Crew Career Development Officer in providing administrative support.
  • Deputizes for the Assistant Manager Cabin Crew Career Development and supports the Cabin Crew Career Development Officer when required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above.
  • Strong customer service background with at least three years of experience in the customer service sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding of cabin crew culture.
  • Experience in HR/Talent Acquisition and cabin crew roles is advantageous.
  • Experience working with recruitment platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Cantonese.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage projects effectively.
  • Proactive, driven, and detail-oriented.
