Essential Requirements for A330/A320 First Officers
Prospective A330/A320 First Officer candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a current ICAO/EASA/FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Licence.
- A valid A330/320 type rating prominently endorsed on the licence.
- Recency of experience, with the last flight on type conducted within the preceding 12 months.
- A minimum of 1,500 total flying hours.
- At least 500 hours as Second-in-Command (SIC) on A330/320 aircraft.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or higher.
- A current and valid Class 1 Medical Certificate issued under a single authority.
- An impeccable safety record, free from any accident or incident history.

- Type Allowance:
- Single Fleet (Only A330 or A320): USD $400 per month.
- Mixed Fleet (Both A320/A330): USD $600 per month.
- Accommodation Allowance: USD $1,500 per month.
- Settlement Allowance: A one-time payment of USD $2,355 upon commencement of employment.

- Average Block Hours: Approximately 50-65 hours per roster.
