Position Summary: A330/A320 First Officer

The airline is seeking dedicated and proficient A330/A320 rated First Officers for direct employment on a 2-year renewable contract. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations, contributing significantly to the airline's unwavering commitment to operational excellence and passenger safety.

Key Requirements for A330/A320 First Officers

Prospective candidates for the A330/A320 First Officer position must meet the following stringent criteria:

  • Possession of a current ICAO, EASA, or FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Licence.
  • A valid A330 and/or A320 type-rating explicitly endorsed on the ATP Licence.
  • Demonstrable recent experience, with the last flight on type within the preceding 12 months.
  • A minimum of 1,500 total flying hours.
  • At least 500 hours as Second-in-Command (SIC) on A330/A320 aircraft.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) endorsement of Level 4 or above.
  • A current Class 1 Medical Certificate, issued and valid under a single aviation authority.
  • An impeccable professional record, free from any accident or incident history.

Compensation and Benefits Package

Remuneration Structure

  • Contract Duration: A stable 2-year direct employment contract, with excellent prospects for renewal.
  • Basic Salary: Commencing from USD $4,710 per month.
  • Type Rating Allowance:
    • Single Fleet (Only A330 or A320): USD $400 per month.
    • Mixed Fleet (Both A320 and A330): USD $600 per month.
  • Accommodation Allowance: USD $1,500 per month.
  • Settlement Allowance: A one-off payment of USD $2,355 upon commencement of employment.
  • Additional Compensation: Per diem and overtime payments are provided.
  • Block Hours: An average of 50-65 block hours per roster.

Comprehensive Benefits

  • Relocation & Repatriation: Full support including flight tickets for the pilot and immediate family members.
  • Children Support Allowance: USD $300 per child per month, applicable for up to three children.
  • Staff Travel: Access to ID tickets across the airline's network.
  • Leave Entitlements: 28 days of annual leave and 14 days of sick leave.
  • Administrative Support: Assistance with Visa, Work Permit, and Licence validation processes.

Airline Training Details

  • Duration: Training programs typically span 3-6 weeks, dependent on the frequency of flying.

Commuting Roster Option

For added flexibility, a commuting roster option is available, featuring:

  • A schedule of 6 weeks ON duty, followed by 2 weeks OFF duty.
  • Please note: This option excludes annual leave; however, 14 days of medical leave are retained.
  • Basic salary and type allowance will be prorated under this commuting arrangement.
