Candidate Requirements

Current ICAO/EASA/FAA ATP License.

Current A330/A320 type-rating endorsed on the license.

Minimum of 1,500 total flying hours.

Minimum of 500 SIC hours on A330/A320.

Last flight on type conducted within the past 12 months.

English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above.

Valid Class 1 Medical under a single Authority.

No record of aviation accidents or incidents.
Contract Terms and Remuneration

Contract Length: 2 years (renewable).

Basic Salary: Starting from $4,710 per month.

Type Allowance: $400 per month (single fleet) or $600 per month (mixed fleet).

Accommodation Allowance: $1,500 per month.

Settlement Allowance: One-off $2,355 payment at the commencement of employment.

Additional: Per diem and overtime pay provided; block hours average 50–65 hours per roster.
