A320/A330 First Officer Opportunity
SriLankan Airlines is actively recruiting for the position of First Officer on its A320 and A330 fleet. This role offers a compelling career path within a leading international airline.

Key Requirements for Direct Entry First Officers
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Possession of a current Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) recognized by the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL), including a valid Instrument Rating (IR).
- A current and valid Type Rating for either the A320 or A330 aircraft.
- Flight Experience: A minimum of 2000 total flying hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50,000 kilograms. This includes experience on jet aircraft such as the A320 or equivalent/higher. A minimum of 500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) or Second-in-Command (SIC) hours on type (A320 or A330) is required, or a combination thereof.
- Both the Pilot License and Class 1 Medical Certificate must be current and issued under a single aviation authority.
- Proficiency in English, evidenced by an ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above.
