Sun PhuQuoc Airways is seeking a qualified A320 Captain to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to operate modern aircraft, explore regional destinations, and contribute to safe and efficient flight operations within a professional and supportive environment. The A320 Captain will report to the Director of Flight Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring safe and efficient flight operations.
  • Operating modern Airbus A320 aircraft.
  • Collaborating with a professional team committed to operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with A320 type rating endorsement.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum 4,500 total flying hours on multi-Crew airplanes.
  • At least 1,500 hours on type (A320).
  • Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-Crew airplanes, including 500 hours PIC on type (A320).
  • Last flight on type within the past 12 months.
  • No history of flight accidents or incidents.
  • English language proficiency: Level 4 or above.

Terms and Benefits

  • 2-year contract (renewable).
  • Basic income: USD 3,831/month.
  • Housing Allowance: USD 1,000/month.
  • Special Allowance: USD 1,500/month.
  • One-Time Relocation Allowance: USD 1,000.
  • Flight Hour Rate: USD 46.15.
  • Flight Sector Rate: USD 13.85.
  • Guaranteed income: USD 5,386.15 NET (if flying fewer than 70 hours).
  • Annual leave: 16 days per year.
  • Additional benefits include flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and family ticket support.
  • Flexible roster options: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF.
