Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 Captain plays a vital role in maintaining safe, efficient, and professional flight operations. Successful candidates will benefit from high-quality training and collaboration with a team dedicated to operational excellence.
Requirements

Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with A320 type rating endorsement.

Current First Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum 4,500 total flying hours on multi-crew airplanes.

At least 1,500 hours on type (A320).

Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-crew airplanes, including 500 hours PIC on type (A320).

Last flight on type within the past 12 months.

No history of flight accidents or incidents.

English language proficiency: Level 4 or above.
Terms and Compensation

Contract duration: 2-year renewable contract.

Basic monthly income: USD 3,831.

Housing Allowance: USD 1,000/month.

Special Allowance: USD 1,500/month.

One-Time Relocation Allowance: USD 1,000.

Flight Hour Rate: USD 46.15; Flight Sector Rate: USD 13.85.

Guaranteed income (if flying fewer than 70 hours): USD 5,386.15 NET.

Benefits: Includes flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and family ticket support.

Flexible roster options: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF.
