Sun PhuQuoc Airways, a rapidly expanding airline based in Vietnam, is currently seeking experienced A320 Captains. Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 Captain plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. Successful candidates will collaborate with a professional flight team and participate in a comprehensive training program committed to industry-leading operational excellence.
Candidate Requirements

Valid CASA, EASA, ICAO, or FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with A320 type rating endorsement.

Current First Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum of 4,500 total flying hours on multi-crew aircraft.

Minimum of 1,500 hours on the A320 type.

Minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-crew aircraft, inclusive of 500 hours PIC on the A320.

Recent flight experience on type within the last 12 months.

Clean safety record with no history of flight accidents or incidents.

English language proficiency of Level 4 or higher.
Contract Terms and Compensation

Contract: 2-year renewable term.

Base Salary: USD 3,831 per month.

Allowances: USD 1,000/month housing allowance; USD 1,500/month special allowance; USD 1,000 one-time relocation allowance.

Flight Compensation: USD 46.15 per flight hour plus USD 13.85 per flight sector.

Benefits: Includes health insurance, flight tickets, ground transportation, and family ticket support.

Roster Options: Flexible scheduling featuring 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF.
