A320 First Officer - Sun PhuQuoc Airways

Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 First Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of all flight operations. Candidates must possess a minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.
Candidate Requirements

Valid ATPL or CPL with A320 type rating endorsement.

Current First Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum 2,000 total flying hours on Multi-Crew airplanes.

Minimum of 500 hours on A320 type.

Most recent flight on type conducted within the past 12 months.

Clean safety record with no history of flight accidents or incidents.

English language proficiency of Level 4 or above.
Terms and Benefits

Contract: 2-year term (renewable).

Compensation: Basic income of USD 2,231 per month.

Allowances: Housing Allowance (USD 1,000) and Special Allowance (USD 1,500 NET/month until 31 December 2026).

Relocation: One-time relocation allowance of USD 500 (NET).

Flight Pay: USD 26.15 per flight hour and USD 7.69 per flight sector.

Roster Options: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF.
