Vietnam Airlines is seeking experienced Captains for the A320 aircraft to be based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This expatriate contract, managed by Rishworth Aviation, offers visa sponsorship and a range of benefits including network travel and flexible roster patterns.

About the Role

This position involves serving as an A321 Captain for Vietnam Airlines, operating from either the Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City base. Contract pilots will receive comprehensive induction into Vietnam Airlines' systems and protocols, with ongoing support provided by Rishworth Aviation's Pilot Support Group throughout the contract duration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3,500 total flight hours.
• Minimum of 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on the A320 aircraft.
• The most recent A320 flight should ideally have occurred within the last nine months, though this is noted as flexible.
• Possession of a valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence) with a current A320 type rating.
• A valid A320 Operational Proficiency Check (OPC) must be current for at least two months from the contract start date.
• A valid Class 1 Medical certificate is mandatory.
• Eligibility includes a minimum height of 165 cm for males and 160 cm for females.
• Age limits apply: under 58 for males and under 53 for females.

Qualifications

• ATPL (ICAO) Licence.
• A320 Type Rating.
• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours.
• Minimum 1,000 PIC hours on the A320.
• Minimum 1,000 jet hours.
• Valid Class 1 Medical.
