Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA), Vietnam's premier 'resort-in-the-sky' airline, is seeking experienced A320 Captains to join its expanding international operations for 2026 start dates. This contract position offers command opportunities on a growing regional and long-haul network across Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East, with bases in Phu Quoc, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City.
About the Role
This role involves commanding A320 family aircraft on an expanding network. Contract positions are available on a 2-year renewable basis. Requirements

A minimum of 4,500 hours on multi-crew aeroplanes.

A minimum of 1,500 total Pilot in Command (PIC) hours.

A minimum of 500 PIC hours on the A320.

A minimum of 1,500 hours on the A320.

Last A320 PIC flight within the last 12 months is preferred.

Valid EASA/FAA/ICAO ATPL with a current Instrument Rating (IR) on the applied aircraft type.

ICAO Level 4 proficiency in English.

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
