A320 First Officer - Sun PhuQuoc Airways

Sun PhuQuoc Airways, a rapidly expanding airline based in Vietnam, is seeking a qualified A320 First Officer to join its flight operations team. Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the successful candidate will contribute to safe, efficient operations and receive high-quality training with clear career progression pathways toward A320 Captaincy.

Key Requirements

  • Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL/CPL with A320 type rating endorsement.
  • CAAV license holder or eligibility for CAAV recognition.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours on multi-crew aircraft.
  • At least 500 hours of flight experience on the A320.
  • Recent flight experience on type within the last 12 months.
  • Proven record of safety with no history of flight accidents or incidents.
  • English language proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Contract Type: 2-year renewable contract.
  • Basic Income: USD 2,231 per month.
  • Housing Allowance: USD 1,000 per month.
  • Special Allowance: USD 1,500 (NET) per month (applicable until December 31, 2026).
  • One-Time Relocation Allowance: USD 500 (NET).
  • Flight Pay: USD 26.15 per flight hour and USD 7.69 per flight sector.
  • Additional Benefits: Flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and family ticket support.
  • Flexible Roster Options: 5 weeks ON/1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON/2 weeks OFF.

  • Official letter confirming no history of accidents/incidents from CAA or previous employers.
  • Authentication Letter issued by the CAA.
  • Valid Criminal Record.
