A320 First Officer - Sun PhuQuoc Airways
Sun PhuQuoc Airways, a rapidly expanding airline based in Vietnam, is seeking a qualified A320 First Officer to join its flight operations team. Key Requirements

Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL/CPL with A320 type rating endorsement.

CAAV license holder or eligibility for CAAV recognition.

Current First Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours on multi-crew aircraft.

At least 500 hours of flight experience on the A320.

Recent flight experience on type within the last 12 months.

Proven record of safety with no history of flight accidents or incidents.

English language proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
Compensation and Benefits

Contract Type: 2-year renewable contract.

Basic Income: USD 2,231 per month.

Housing Allowance: USD 1,000 per month.

Special Allowance: USD 1,500 (NET) per month (applicable until December 31, 2026).

One-Time Relocation Allowance: USD 500 (NET).

Flight Pay: USD 26.15 per flight hour and USD 7.69 per flight sector.

Additional Benefits: Flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and family ticket support.

Flexible Roster Options: 5 weeks ON/1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON/2 weeks OFF.
