Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 First Officer is responsible for supporting safe and efficient flight operations. This role is designated for ATPL holders recognized by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV). Successful candidates will undergo high-quality training and gain access to clear career progression pathways toward A320 Captain positions.
Candidate Requirements

Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL/CPL with A320 type rating endorsement.

Current CAAV license holder or eligibility for CAAV license recognition.

Valid First Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum of 2,000 total flying hours on Multi-Crew airplanes.

Minimum of 500 hours on the A320 type.

Recent flight experience: Last flight on type within the past 12 months.

Clean safety record with no history of flight accidents or incidents.

English language proficiency of ICAO Level 4 or higher.
Terms and Compensation

Contract: 2-year renewable term.

Basic Income: USD 2,231.

Housing Allowance: USD 1,000.

Special Allowance: USD 1,500 (NET) per month, applicable until December 31, 2026.

Relocation Allowance: One-time payment of USD 500 (NET).

Flight Hour Rate: USD 26.15/hour.

Flight Sector Rate: USD 7.69/hour.

Line Training Income: Guaranteed minimum of USD 3,475.38 (NET)/month during initial training if actual flying income is lower.

Benefits: Includes flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and family ticket support.

Roster Options: Flexible schedule of 5 weeks ON/1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON/2 weeks OFF.
