Sun PhuQuoc Airways, a rapidly expanding airline in Vietnam, is seeking a qualified A320 First Officer to join its flight operations team. Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 First Officer will contribute to the safe and efficient execution of flight operations. Successful applicants will benefit from comprehensive training programs and clear career progression pathways toward A320 Captaincy.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL or CPL with A320 type rating endorsement.
  • Current CAAV license holder or eligibility for CAAV license recognition.
  • Valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours on multi-crew aircraft.
  • Minimum of 500 hours on the A320 type.
  • Recent flight experience on type within the last 12 months.
  • Clean safety record with no history of flight accidents or incidents.
  • English language proficiency of ICAO Level 4 or above.

Terms and Compensation

  • Contract: 2-year term (renewable).
  • Basic Income: USD 2,231 per month.
  • Housing Allowance: USD 1,000 per month.
  • Special Allowance: USD 1,500 (NET) per month, effective until December 31, 2026.
  • Relocation Allowance: One-time payment of USD 500 (NET).
  • Flight Hour Rate: USD 26.15 per hour.
  • Flight Sector Rate: USD 7.69 per hour.
  • Guaranteed Minimum Income: USD 3,475.38 (NET) per month during initial line training.
  • Benefits: Includes health insurance, flight tickets, family ticket support, and ground transportation.
  • Flexible Roster Options: 5 weeks ON/1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON/2 weeks OFF.
