The Role of an A320 Captain

Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 Captain holds a critical position in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations. Candidate Profile and Requirements

Sun PhuQuoc Airways is looking for seasoned aviation professionals who meet the following stringent criteria:

A valid CASA, EASA, ICAO, or FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with a current A320 type rating endorsement.
A current First Class Medical Certificate.
A minimum of 4,500 total flying hours on multi-crew airplanes.
At least 1,500 hours on type (Airbus A320).
A minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-crew airplanes, including at least 500 hours PIC on type (Airbus A320).
The last flight on type must have occurred within the past 12 months.
A pristine record with no history of flight accidents or incidents.
English language proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or above.

Compensation and Benefits

Sun PhuQuoc Airways values its Captains and offers a comprehensive and attractive remuneration package, including:

Contract Term: A 2-year renewable contract.
Basic Monthly Income: USD 3,831.
Housing Allowance: USD 1,000 per month.
Special Allowance: USD 1,500 per month.
One-Time Relocation Allowance: USD 1,000.
Flight Hour Rate: USD 46.15.
Flight Sector Rate: USD 13.85.
Guaranteed Minimum Income: For pilots flying fewer than 70 hours during initial line training, a guaranteed net income of USD 5,386.15 applies.
Annual Leave: 16 days per year.
Flexible Roster Options: Choose between a 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF schedule.
