Position Overview
The A320 Captain reports directly to the Director of Flight Operations and serves a pivotal role in maintaining safe and efficient flight operations. Candidate Requirements

Valid CASA, EASA, ICAO, or FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with an A320 type rating.

Current Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Minimum of 4,500 total flying hours on multi-crew airplanes.

Minimum of 1,500 hours on type (A320).

Minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-crew airplanes, including 500 hours PIC on type (A320).

Evidence of flight on type within the preceding 12 months.

Clean safety record with no history of flight accidents or incidents.

English language proficiency of ICAO Level 4 or higher.
Contract Terms and Compensation

Contract Duration: 2-year renewable contract.

Basic Monthly Income: USD 3,831.

Monthly Housing Allowance: USD 1,000.

Monthly Special Allowance: USD 1,500.

Flight Pay: USD 46.15 per flight hour plus USD 13.85 per flight sector.

Minimum Income Guarantee: USD 5,386.15 NET (applies if flying fewer than 70 hours during initial training).

Relocation: One-time allowance of USD 1,000.

Roster Options: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF.
