Position Overview
The A320 Captain will report to the Director of Flight Operations and will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of all flight operations. Key Requirements
- Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with A320 type rating endorsement.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 4,500 total flying hours on multi-crew airplanes.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours on type (A320).
- A minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-crew airplanes, including 500 hours PIC on type (A320).
- Last flight on type conducted within the past 12 months.
- No history of flight accidents or incidents.
- English language proficiency: Level 4 or above.
Contract Terms and Compensation
- 2-year contract, renewable.
- Basic income: USD 3,831 per month.
- Housing Allowance: USD 1,000 per month.
- Special Allowance: USD 1,500 per month.
- One-Time Relocation Allowance: USD 1,000.
- Flight Hour Rate: USD 46.15.
- Flight Sector Rate: USD 13.85.
- Guaranteed income from first line training applies if pilots fly fewer than 70 hours: USD 5,386.15 NET.
- Annual leave: 16 days per year.
- Additional Benefits: Flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and family ticket support.
- Flexible roster options: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF.
