Position Overview
The A320 Captain will assume a critical role within the flight operations department, reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations. Responsibilities include ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency in all flight operations. Captains will benefit from flying modern fleets, access to comprehensive training programs, and collaborative engagement with a team dedicated to achieving operational excellence.
Key Requirements
- Possession of a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) issued by CASA, EASA, ICAO, or FAA, with an A320 type rating endorsement.
- Current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 4,500 total flying hours.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours of experience specifically on the A320 type.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours served as Pilot in Command (PIC), including at least 500 hours as PIC on type.
- The last flight on type must have occurred within the preceding 12 months.
- An unblemished record concerning flight accidents or incidents.
- English language proficiency, assessed at ICAO Level 4 or above.
Contractual Terms and Benefits
- A 2-year contract, with renewal options available.
- A comprehensive remuneration package including: Basic Income, Housing Allowance, Special Allowance, One-Time Relocation Allowance, Flight Hour Rate, and Flight Sector Rate.
- An annual leave entitlement of 16 days per year.
- Additional benefits encompass flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and support for family travel tickets.
- Flexible roster options: 5 weeks on duty / 1 week off, or 9 weeks on duty / 2 weeks off.
