Candidate Requirements

Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possess a valid UK or Republic of Ireland issued passport, or an EU passport with granted UK (or UK Common Travel Area) settled status
• Be available to join Blue Islands' next initial training course
• Be 18 years of age or above (a regulatory requirement)
• Demonstrate the ability to swim
• Maintain a good standard of physical fitness
• Successfully complete a Cabin Crew Medical Examination in accordance with UK CAA requirements
• Be able to provide references to satisfy a 5-year background and criminal record check, which is essential for obtaining an airport security pass
• Ideally, possess a minimum of twelve months' experience in a frontline, customer-facing role, or demonstrate a strong desire to thrive and excel in such an environment

Senior Cabin Crew Opportunities

Blue Islands also welcomes applications for experienced Senior Cabin Crew positions. Prospective applicants for this leadership role should possess a minimum of twelve months of continuous flying experience within the past 36 months, ideally having served previously as a Senior Cabin Crew member.
