First Officer - BA Euroflyer (London Gatwick)
BA Euroflyer is seeking dedicated First Officers to join our team at London Gatwick. Role Overview
As a First Officer, you will benefit from a fixed-pattern roster, providing transparency and flexibility. Compensation and Benefits

Starting salary of £65,420 (as of 1 May 2025, subject to 2026 pay review), with annual incremental uplifts on a 7-point scale.

Allowances of approximately £14,500 per annum (based on 800 flying hours).

Candidate Requirements

Possession of a current UK-issued CAA Flight Crew Licence (ATPL(A), fATPL(A), or MPL). EASA licence holders must meet the UK CAA "Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements" (routes 3, 4, 5, or 6).

Minimum of 500 hours or 100 sectors on a relevant aeroplane type (excluding simulator time), with flight experience on the relevant type within the last 12 months.

Right to live and work in the UK.

Height between 1.57m (5’2”) and 1.91m (6’3”). Applicants taller than 1.91m are subject to a functionality check.

Good level of physical fitness.

ICAO Level 6 proficiency in spoken and written English.

Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining before expiry.

Valid Class 1 Medical with a minimum of 6 months validity from the contract start date.

Re-application periods: Unsuccessful candidates from initial screening, video interviews, capacity testing, or assessment centres may reapply after 6 months. Unsuccessful candidates from the simulator stage may reapply after 12 months.

Successful candidates will enter a hold pool for a maximum of two job offers. Refusal of the second offer will result in removal from the pool and a 12-month re-application waiting period.
