First Officer – BA Euroflyer (London Gatwick)

BA Euroflyer, a wholly owned subsidiary of British Airways, is seeking dedicated First Officers to join its team based at London Gatwick. Operating a short-haul network across Europe, the company provides premium service and adheres to the safety standards of a national flag-carrier. Requirements

  • Current UK-issued CAA Flight Crew Licence (ATPL(A), fATPL(A), or MPL), or an EASA licence meeting UK CAA "Third Country CPL and ATPL" conversion requirements (routes 3, 4, 5, or 6).
  • Minimum of 500 hours or 100 sectors on a relevant aeroplane type (excluding simulator time), with experience on that type within the last 12 months.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Height between 1.57m (5’2”) and 1.91m (6’3”). (Qualified pilots taller than 1.91m must undergo a functionality check).
  • Good level of physical fitness.
  • ICAO Level 6 proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining before expiry.
  • Valid Class 1 medical with at least 6 months validity from the contract start date.

Candidates must hold a UK Part-FCL licence or meet specific CAA third-country conversion requirements. Applicants who have previously held a UK Part-FCL licence while currently holding an EASA licence must provide evidence of their original UK training or licence issuance.

Please note that recruitment re-application windows apply: 6 months for unsuccessful screening, video interviews, capacity testing, or assessment centres, and 12 months for unsuccessful simulator assessments. Successful candidates enter a hold pool and are eligible for two job offers.
