Boeing Type-Rated Pilot Opportunities

One Air is currently seeking experienced Boeing type-rated pilots to join its growing UK cargo operations. This is an opportunity for professionals to contribute to the company's expansion while benefiting from a structured career environment.

Role Requirements

  • Possession of a valid UK CAA ATPL.
  • Valid UK CAA Class One Medical.
  • Valid type and instrument rating, including recency on type.
  • Proof of the legal right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not provided).
  • Valid unrestricted worldwide travel passport.
  • Proven worldwide flying experience.

Experience Levels

  • Captain: A minimum of 5,000 total hours, with at least 1,000 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Boeing aircraft. Must hold a valid type rating and have operated this type within the last 12 months.
  • Senior First Officer: A minimum of 1,000 hours on Boeing aircraft, meeting the core requirements for the First Officer position.
  • First Officer: A minimum of 1,500 total hours on aircraft types that satisfy Zero Flight Time Training (ZFTT). Must include Boeing aircraft experience with a valid type rating and active operation on type within the last 12 months.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Annual Salaries:
    • Captain: £130,000
    • Senior First Officer: £91,000
    • First Officer: £78,000
  • Roster Pattern: Fixed 20/10 or 16/8 scheduling.
  • Per Diem: £4.50 per hour (£108 per 24 hours) for time operating away from base.
  • Overtime: Discretionary payments for all block hours exceeding 60 hours per calendar month.
  • Leave: 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of 8 days in lieu of bank holidays.
  • Insurance and Protection: Life Assurance (up to 3x annual salary), Loss of Licence Insurance, and private company healthcare.
  • Pension: NEST scheme with 9% employer and 5% employee contributions.
  • Support: Access to the Health Assured Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
