First Officer – BA Euroflyer

Salary and Pay:
Starting salary of £65,420 (subject to 2026 review) plus allowances of approximately £14,500 (based on 800 flying hours per year). Includes annual incremental pay uplifts on a 7-point scale.

Fixed pattern roster with opportunities for duty preference and a swap function.

Candidate Requirements

Licensing:
Must hold a current UK-issued CAA Flight Crew Licence (ATPL(A), fATPL(A), or MPL), or hold an EASA licence and meet the UK CAA Third Country CPL/ATPL licence conversion requirements (routes 3, 4, 5, or 6).

Experience:
Minimum of 500 hours on a relevant aeroplane type (excluding simulator time), with flight experience on the relevant type within the last 12 months.

Right to Work:
Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.

Physical Criteria:
Height between 1.57m (5’2”) and 1.91m (6’3”). Individuals taller than 1.91m may apply subject to a functionality check. Candidates must maintain a good level of physical fitness.

Medical:
Valid Class 1 medical certificate with a minimum of 6 months validity from the contract start date.

Language:
Spoken and written English at ICAO Level 6.

Documentation:
Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining before expiry.
