The Role
The primary objective for BA Cityflyer pilots is to deliver an industry-defining flight experience for business and leisure travelers. Operating from the heart of London, flight crews manage a diverse network that includes the opportunity for night stops as part of their regular rosters. This position requires a commitment to customer service excellence and the technical proficiency to navigate demanding operational requirements.
Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid UK Part-FCL Licence or an EASA licence that meets the UK CAA “Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements” (specifically routes 3, 4, 5, or 6).

At the time of application, candidates must hold or have previously held a Multi Pilot Aircraft (MPA) Rating.

A minimum of 500 hours of flight time or 100 route sectors on a Multi Pilot Aircraft is required.

A valid Class 1 medical certificate with at least six months of validity remaining from the date of joining.

Minimum ICAO Level 6 English proficiency.

Reapplication Policy:
Candidates who were unsuccessful at the initial screening, video interview, or assessment centre stages may reapply after six months. Those unsuccessful at the simulator (SIM) stage must wait 12 months before reapplying.
