Amerijet seeks safety-conscious, professional, and highly skilled pilots. The role demands more than just technical flying proficiency; it requires leadership, anticipation, planning, and strong teamwork to ensure operational success. Pilots are integral leaders within the operation, expected to uphold high standards and effectively manage a wide range of situations alongside team members and customers. The ability to work both independently with limited supervision and collaboratively within a team is essential. This position involves responsibility for the safe, on-time, and efficient operation of aircraft, working in diverse climates and locations globally, and navigating variable shifts. Pilots must provide leadership in responding to both emergency and non-emergency scenarios.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Holds a current unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with an airplane category multi-engine class rating and English proficiency endorsement.
  • Possesses a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Distance vision corrected to 20/20 and near vision corrected to 20/40 or better in each eye.
  • Holds an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Ability to learn and work effectively with Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs).
  • Must be able to fluently speak and understand English.
  • Holds a valid unrestricted passport.
  • Minimum of 1500 hours of total fixed-wing pilot time.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability for quick and accurate decision making.
  • Possesses close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet applicable age limits as per FAA FAR Part 121.
