KC-46 ATS Pilot Instructor
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a KC-46 Aircrew Training System (ATS) Pilot Instructor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, ensuring aircrews meet the highest standards of operational readiness and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct quarterly refresher training utilizing a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction, Computer-based Training (CBT), Weapon System Trainers (WST), and KC-46 aircraft.

Facilitate ground-based training for aircrew members covering tanker and receiver operating procedures.

Perform diagnostic assessments and provide remediation for student performance issues to ensure training objectives are met.
Candidate Requirements

Current or recent experience (within the last 5 years) as a qualified Tanker Air-to-Air Refueling (AAR) Pilot Flight Instructor or a Tanker AAR ATS Pilot Instructor.

Minimum of 200 flying hours in U.S. Air Force or Allied Nation aircraft, or an equivalent flight simulator, with at least 50% of these hours logged in the aircraft.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience as a Receiver AAR Instructor is highly desirable.

B-767 type rating is preferred.
