KC-46 ATS Pilot Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a KC-46 Aircrew Training System (ATS) Pilot Instructor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, ensuring aircrews meet the highest standards of operational readiness and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly refresher training utilizing a variety of delivery methods, including classroom instruction, Computer-based Training (CBT), Weapon System Trainers (WST), and KC-46 aircraft.
• Facilitate ground-based training for aircrew members covering tanker and receiver operating procedures.
• Perform diagnostic assessments and provide remediation for student performance issues to ensure training objectives are met.

Candidate Requirements

• Current or recent experience (within the last 5 years) as a qualified Tanker Air-to-Air Refueling (AAR) Pilot Flight Instructor or a Tanker AAR ATS Pilot Instructor.
• Minimum of 200 flying hours in U.S. Air Force or Allied Nation aircraft, or an equivalent flight simulator, with at least 50% of these hours logged in the aircraft.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Receiver AAR Instructor is highly desirable.
• B-767 type rating is preferred.
