Qualifications:
- Born after 01.01.1964
- High school graduation or equivalent
- A clean disciplinary record, with no written punishment due to flight failure or indiscipline
- No criminal record
- Incident/Accident Clearance Statement
- Willingness to accept and reside at the main base assigned by AJet
- No prior termination of employment from Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to indiscipline.
- No prior contract termination from Turkish Airlines Inc. and its affiliates.
Technical Requirements:
- Valid ATPL(A) (EASA/FAA/ICAO) license
- Minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time on B737 or A320 aircraft
- Minimum of 4000 hours of flight experience on aircraft types over 27 tons
- Active flying experience within the last six months
- Updated and approved logbook pages
- Valid B737 or A320 type rating
Language Proficiency:
Minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency
Health Conditions:
- Candidates must meet AJet's pilot recruitment health criteria. A valid health certificate issued by a DGCA Authorized Aviation Medical Center is required, but the final employment examination will be conducted by an AJet workplace doctor. Candidates will also need to provide their past health records and current health file for evaluation.
- Candidates must possess an up-to-date 'Flightworthy' Health Report issued by Aviation Medical Centers authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation on the last day of the assessment process.
Evaluation Process:
The evaluation process for expat pilots consists of three phases:
- Phase 1: Document Check (logbook, licenses, diploma, passport, etc.) and CRM Group Assessment.
- Phase 2: Simulator Assessment (preflight brief, flight assessment, and post-flight debrief) and Company Board Interview (covering background, experience, and technical knowledge).
- Phase 3: Medical Assessment at a designated private hospital, expensed by AJet.
Note: Plane tickets and hotel accommodation expenses for the assessment process will be provided by AJet.
