This role serves as an Air Arabia brand ambassador, cultivating customer loyalty and projecting a positive corporate image by consistently enhancing the passenger experience. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while prioritizing passenger safety and comfort throughout every stage of the flight. The position requires maintaining high productivity in alignment with established metrics and company policies and procedures.
The Cabin Crew Member will ensure punctual attendance, maintain impeccable grooming standards, and adhere to all relevant legal requirements for assigned flights. Pre-flight briefings will be attended to confirm flight details, role assignments, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
This role encompasses instructing passengers on safety procedures, proactively identifying and addressing safety and security risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor, and administering first aid as needed. Prompt reporting of any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain is essential.
The Cabin Crew Member will warmly welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, accurately record data in the aircraft logbook, and provide consistently excellent customer service by addressing individual passenger needs and pre-bookings. Proactive identification and assistance to passengers experiencing distress, according to established policies and procedures, are key responsibilities. Maximizing onboard revenue and supporting the "Charity Cloud" program through efficient promotion of onboard meals, products, and charitable services, and achieving individual and team targets, is expected. Accurate handling of cash and credit card payments for sales and donations is also required.
The position involves conducting pre-flight checks for sufficient supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies, and ensuring thorough cabin cleaning and restocking at transit stations. Accurate and timely handover/takeover procedures with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff are required. Post-flight briefing and assessment reports, including objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting of any flight irregularities, are essential. The Cabin Crew Member will be accountable to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and will assume the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain. Maintaining professional and safety knowledge through recurrent training, emergency procedure training, and educational workshops, and holding a valid license, is mandatory. The successful candidate will actively contribute to team efforts, achieving allocated sales targets and objectives.
