Air Arabia Cabin Crew Member

The successful candidate will prioritize passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight cycle, while maintaining productivity aligned with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct & Preparedness:

The Cabin Crew Member will ensure punctual attendance, adherence to grooming standards, and maintain necessary fitness and legal certifications for assigned flights. Active participation in pre-flight briefings, encompassing flight details, role assignments, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures, is mandatory.

Safety & Security:

Responsibilities include instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying and mitigating safety and security risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor (following Standard Operating Procedures), administering first aid as needed, and promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel (Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, Captain).

Customer Service Excellence:

The Cabin Crew Member will warmly welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, accurately log data, and proactively address passenger pre-bookings, requests, and needs. They will provide support to passengers experiencing distress, adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Furthermore, this role involves promoting on-board meals, products, and charitable services to maximize revenue and support the "Charity Cloud" program, achieving individual and team targets while handling cash and credit card payments securely.

Operational Efficiency & Reporting:

Duties include conducting pre-flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment, and catering, reporting any deficiencies; assisting with cabin cleaning and restocking at transit stations; ensuring orderly equipment handover; completing post-flight reports, including objective evaluations and incident reporting; providing accountings of passenger conduct; and fulfilling Cabin Supervisor duties when designated by the Captain. The role also demands ongoing professional development through recurrent training, emergency procedure refreshers, and workshops, as well as maintaining current licensing. Finally, the successful candidate will actively contribute to team efforts, sales targets, and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
