Cabin Crew Member
This role serves as Air Arabia's ambassador, dedicated to cultivating customer loyalty and fostering a positive corporate image. The Cabin Crew Member plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding Air Arabia's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct:
- Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, including punctuality, proper grooming, fitness, and legal requirements.
- Actively participates in pre-flight briefings, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of flight details, role assignments, targets, security protocols, boarding procedures, and other pertinent information.
Safety Measures:
- Instructs passengers on established safety procedures, prioritizing their well-being and comfort at all times.
- Proactively identifies potential safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers as needed.
- Promptly reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain, as appropriate.
Customer Service:
- Welcomes passengers and assists with boarding formalities, accurately documenting relevant information in the aircraft logbook according to Air Arabia and GCAA/CAA regulations.
- Provides exceptional customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs throughout the flight.
- Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant directives.
- Contributes to maximizing onboard revenue and promoting the "Charity Cloud" program by effectively promoting onboard meals, products, and charitable services, striving to achieve individual and team targets.
- Ensures the secure handling of cash and credit card payments received for sales and donations.
Crosschecking and Reporting:
- Conducts pre-flight checks to verify the availability of adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment; reports any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain, as appropriate.
- Assists in ensuring thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin at transit stations and adequate recatering and duty-free products are provided prior to departure.
- Oversees the orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
- Completes post-flight briefing and assessment reports, providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any flight-related problems or discrepancies, and ensuring the closure and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Reports passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and assumes the role of "Cabin Supervisor" when designated by the Captain.
Professional Development:
- Maintains a high level of professional and safety knowledge through consistent participation in recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, educational workshops, and license renewals.
- Contributes to team success by achieving individual sales targets and objectives, actively participating in collaborative efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Prior experience in customer service roles within the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is considered a valuable asset.
- Previous cabin crew experience is a plus.
- A valid and active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and extended hours is required.

- Possesses the ability to contribute effectively and deliver results aligned with company policies, procedures, and established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
