Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew member serves as a key ambassador for the airline, committed to building customer loyalty and projecting a positive corporate image. The role is centered on enhancing the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service while rigorously ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout all stages of flight. The individual is expected to be consistently ready and fit to operate, maintaining productivity in alignment with company standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for a range of critical duties, including:

Conduct:
- Ensuring timely attendance, maintaining impeccable grooming standards, confirming personal fitness, and verifying legal readiness for assigned flights.
- Participating actively in pre-flight briefings to confirm flight details, understand role distribution, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures.

Safety Measures:
- Instructing passengers on essential safety procedures to guarantee their well-being and comfort throughout the journey.
- Identifying potential safety and security risks and collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administering necessary first aid to passengers.
- Promptly informing the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain of any irregularities or malfunctions observed.

Customer Service:
- Warmly welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding processes.
- Accurately entering required data into the aircraft logbook in line with airline and regulatory authority procedures.
- Consistently delivering outstanding customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
- Identifying and supporting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions.
- Actively contributing to maximizing on-board revenue and charitable initiatives by effectively promoting on-board products, meals, and services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Ensuring the secure and proper handling of cash and credit card transactions for sales and donations managed.

Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks to confirm adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering provisions, and other specified items are present before departure. Reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate.
- Assisting in ensuring the aircraft cabin is thoroughly cleaned during transit stops and confirming sufficient re-catering and duty-free products are stocked before the next flight.
- Ensuring an orderly and complete handover or takeover of the cabin to or from catering, cleaning, and maintenance personnel.
- Completing post-flight briefings and assessment reports according to adopted policies and procedures, including providing objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting flight issues or discrepancies, and managing the closing and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Accounting to the Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct. Assuming the duties of Cabin Supervisor when specifically designated by the Captain.
- Maintaining professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent and emergency procedures training, educational workshops, and ensuring the currency of their license.
- Contributing effectively to the team by achieving allocated sales targets and objectives and accomplishing related results.
Important Requirements
- Age: Between 20 and 30 years old.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight: Must be in proportion to age and height.
- Skin Appearance: Clear skin without visible marks or tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Medical/Physical Fitness: Medically and physically fit to perform all cabin crew duties.
- Swimming Ability: Capable of swimming with the aid of a flotation device.
Qualifications
- Education: A Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is required. A diploma in Travel/Tourism is considered advantageous.
- Training: Prior training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is beneficial.
- Health: Must be fit to fly, possess good general health, and have no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Languages: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Work Experience
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the Airlines, Aviation, or Hospitality sectors is an added value.
- Licensing: Holding an active cabin crew license is an advantage.
- Availability: Capable of working variable shift patterns and extended hours.
- Flexibility: Demonstrates high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Performance: Proven ability to contribute to and successfully meet performance targets and objectives based on established policies and procedures (KPIs).
