Cabin Crew Recruitment Drive - Madrid

Job Purpose
The Cabin Crew member acts as an ambassador for Air Arabia, striving to foster customer loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience while promoting a positive corporate image. They deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the entire flight cycle. They must maintain readiness and fitness for duty, demonstrating productivity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct:
- Ensuring punctuality, proper grooming, fitness, and legal compliance for assigned flights; attending briefings for flight details, role assignments, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
Safety Measures:
- Instructing passengers on safety procedures; identifying safety and security risks, collaborating with the Cabin Supervisor for corrective actions; administering first aid; and promptly reporting irregularities to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain.
Customer Service:
- Welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding formalities; providing personalized service to meet pre-bookings and individual needs; assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulty; promoting on-board sales, and handling cash and credit card transactions securely.
Crosschecking and Reports:
- Conducting pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment, reporting deficiencies; assisting in cabin cleaning and restocking; ensuring orderly cabin handover; completing post-flight briefings and assessments; reporting passenger conduct and flight discrepancies; and maintaining professional knowledge through training and workshops.
Important Requirements
- Age: 20 to 30 years.
- Height: Minimum of 160 cm (female) and 168 cm (male).
- Weight: Proportional to age and height.
- Appearance: Clear skin without visible marks or tattoos while in uniform.
- Fitness: Medically and physically fit for cabin crew duties.
- Swimming: Ability to swim with a flotation device.
Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; Travel/Tourism diploma is advantageous.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a plus.
- Fit to fly, good general health with no chronic conditions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Work Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior cabin crew or customer service experience in airlines, aviation, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Active cabin crew license is advantageous.
- Ability to work in shifts and for extended hours.
- High flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
- Ability to deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs.
