Air Arabia seeks a highly motivated and professional individual to join its cabin crew team based in Kazakhstan. The successful candidate will serve as an Air Arabia ambassador, consistently striving to exceed passenger expectations and foster brand loyalty. This role demands a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest safety standards throughout the complete flight cycle. The candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring optimal productivity.
The cabin crew member will ensure punctual attendance, maintain impeccable grooming standards, and meet all regulatory requirements for assigned flights. This includes attending pre-flight briefings and understanding flight details, role distribution, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures. Responsibilities also encompass instructing passengers on safety protocols, identifying and mitigating safety and security risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor (in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs]), administering first aid as needed, and promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel (Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and/or Captain).
The successful candidate will welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and accurately record data in the aircraft logbook. They will provide consistently excellent customer service, addressing individual passenger needs and pre-bookings. This includes identifying and assisting stressed or troubled passengers according to established policies and procedures. Furthermore, the role involves actively promoting on-board meals, products, and the “Charity Cloud” program to maximize revenue and achieve individual and team targets. Accurate handling of cash and credit card payments is also crucial.
Pre-flight checks are essential, ensuring adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other specified equipment. Any deficiencies must be reported promptly to the Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain. The candidate will assist in maintaining cabin cleanliness at transit stations, ensuring sufficient re-catering and duty-free products. Orderly handover/takeover procedures with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff are also required. Post-flight briefing and assessment reports must be completed accurately, including objective evaluations of the Cabin Supervisor and reporting any flight-related issues or discrepancies. The role includes accounting for passenger conduct and acting as Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain. Maintaining current professional and safety certifications through recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops is mandatory. Finally, the candidate will actively contribute to team efforts, striving to achieve sales targets and objectives.
