Air Arabia Cabin Crew Position – Athens, Greece
Air Arabia seeks a highly motivated and professional individual to join its cabin crew team based in Athens, Greece. The successful candidate will embody the Air Arabia brand, prioritizing passenger safety, comfort, and an exceptional customer experience throughout the flight cycle. This position requires candidates available for assessments in Athens.
Job Purpose:
The Cabin Crew member serves as an Air Arabia ambassador, cultivating customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. This role prioritizes providing superior customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort are maintained throughout the entire flight. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to operational efficiency, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and Preparation: Ensures punctual attendance, adheres to grooming standards, maintains fitness, and complies with all legal requirements. Actively participates in pre-flight briefings, understanding flight details, assigned roles, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.
- Safety and Security: Instructs passengers on safety procedures, actively identifying and mitigating safety and security risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Administers first aid as needed and promptly reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel (Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, Captain).
- Customer Service Excellence: Provides a welcoming atmosphere, assisting passengers with boarding formalities and accurately logging relevant data. Proactively addresses passenger requests and needs, providing exceptional customer service. Assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulty, following established policies and procedures. Effectively promotes on-board meals, products, and the "Charity Cloud" program to maximize revenue and achieve individual and team targets, ensuring secure handling of all cash and credit card transactions.
- Operational Efficiency and Reporting: Conducts thorough pre-flight checks of supplies, equipment, and catering, reporting any deficiencies. Ensures cabin cleanliness at transit stations and adequate re-stocking of supplies. Maintains orderly handover/takeover procedures with relevant personnel. Completes post-flight reports, including objective evaluations and incident reporting. Accounts for passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and assumes the role of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain. Maintains professional development through recurrent training, including emergency procedures, and licensing requirements. Contributes to team goals and achieves assigned sales targets.

- Age: 20-33 years
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height
- Clear skin, free of visible marks or tattoos while in uniform
- Medically and physically fit for cabin crew duties
- Ability to swim with a flotation device
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate (Diploma in Travel/Tourism preferred).
- First Aid, safety, and emergency procedure training (advantageous).
- Excellent health, free from serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Work Experience:
- While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airline, aviation, or hospitality industries is considered a significant advantage.
- An active cabin crew license is also beneficial.
- Demonstrates adaptability to shift patterns, extended working hours, frequent changes, and busy schedules.
- Proven ability to effectively contribute to and deliver against established policies, procedures, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
