Job Summary
The Cabin Crew member serves as a vital ambassador for Air Arabia, dedicated to cultivating customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image. The role necessitates ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the entire flight cycle, while maintaining optimal productivity and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct:
- Ensures punctuality, impeccable grooming, and readiness for all assigned flights.
- Attends pre-flight briefings to gain comprehensive understanding of flight details, assigned roles, targets, security protocols, and boarding procedures.

Safety Measures:
- Provides clear and concise instructions to passengers on safety procedures, ensuring their well-being and comfort at all times.
- Identifies potential safety and security risks and collaborates with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Administers first aid to passengers when required.
- Promptly reports any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain as needed.

Customer Service:
- Warmly welcomes passengers and provides assistance with boarding formalities, accurately entering required data into the aircraft logbook.
- Delivers consistent, exceptional customer service by addressing individual pre-bookings, requests, and passenger needs with attentiveness.
- Identifies and provides assistance to passengers experiencing stress or difficulties, adhering to established policies and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual.
- Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program through effective promotion of on-board meals, products, and charitable services, achieving individual and team objectives.
- Ensures secure handling of cash and credit card payments for personal sales and donations.

Crosschecking and Reports:
- Performs pre-flight checks to verify adequate supplies, emergency equipment, catering, and other necessary equipment, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Assists in ensuring thorough cleaning of the aircraft cabin at transit stations and verifies adequate re-catering and duty-free product provisions before each flight.
- Facilitates a smooth and complete handover/takeover of the cabin between catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
- Conducts post-flight briefings and assessments as per company policy, providing an objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reporting any issues or discrepancies observed during the flight, and ensuring proper closure and sealing of duty-free containers.
- Reports on passenger conduct to the Cabin Supervisor and undertakes the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when assigned by the Captain.
- Maintains current professional and safety knowledge by participating in recurrent trainings, emergency procedure trainings, and workshops. Ensures the validity of all licenses.
- Actively contributes to team success by meeting sales targets and objectives.
Essential Requirements
- Age: Between 20 and 33 years.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male).
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height.
- Clear skin, without visible marks or tattoos when in cabin crew uniform.
- Medically and physically fit to fulfill all cabin crew duties.
- Ability to swim, aided by a flotation device.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate required; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is considered a plus.
- Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is highly valued.
- Must be in good general health, free from any serious medical conditions or chronic diseases, and fit to fly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in cabin crew roles, customer service within airlines, aviation, or hospitality industries is advantageous.
- Possession of an active cabin crew license is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a shift pattern with extended working hours.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules.
- Ability to contribute to and deliver against policies, procedures, and set key performance indicators (KPIs).
