Cabin Crew Position – Air Arabia

Air Arabia seeks a highly motivated and professional individual to join its cabin crew team. The successful candidate will serve as an Air Arabia ambassador, consistently exceeding passenger expectations and upholding the airline's commitment to safety and exceptional customer service throughout the entire flight cycle. The role demands a high level of professionalism, adherence to company policies and procedures, and a demonstrable commitment to maintaining productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and Safety:

The candidate will ensure punctual attendance, maintain impeccable grooming standards, and adhere to all legal requirements. Pre-flight briefings will be mandatory, ensuring complete understanding of flight details, assigned roles, and security protocols. The incumbent will be responsible for instructing passengers on safety procedures, proactively identifying and mitigating safety and security risks in collaboration with the Cabin Supervisor, and administering first aid as needed. Prompt reporting of any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel (Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain) is critical.

Customer Service:

The position requires welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding procedures, and accurately logging relevant data. Providing exceptional customer service, addressing individual passenger requests and needs, and assisting those experiencing stress or difficulties is paramount. Active promotion of on-board meals, products, and the “Charity Cloud” program to maximize revenue and achieve individual and team targets is expected, along with the secure handling of all cash and credit card transactions.

Operational Procedures and Reporting:

Pre-flight checks to verify sufficient supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies, and assisting in maintaining cabin cleanliness and re-catering are essential. The candidate will ensure seamless handover/takeover procedures with relevant personnel. Post-flight briefing and reporting, including objective evaluations and incident reporting, are required. The successful applicant will be responsible for accounting to the Cabin Supervisor regarding passenger conduct and will be capable of fulfilling the duties of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain. Continuous professional development is expected through participation in recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops. The role also involves contributing to the team's overall success, meeting sales targets, and adhering to established KPIs.
