Cabin Crew & Senior Cabin Crew Member Positions at Ascend Airways, London Gatwick
Ascend Airways, a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI provider, is seeking highly motivated Cabin Crew and Senior Cabin Crew Members. Based at London Gatwick Airport, these full-time positions offer an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for passengers. Ascend Airways operates a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft (NG and MAX) within the ACMI market.
The successful candidates will report to the Head of Cabin Services and must demonstrate complete flexibility, as the role may involve various types of flying, including potential periods away from base during the winter season.
Compensation:
- Cabin Crew: £22,000 per annum
- Senior Cabin Crew: £25,000 per annum
- Additional £5 per block hour flight pay

- Providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Adhering to all safety and security protocols.
- Working effectively as part of a team.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months of service as a Cabin Crew or Senior Cabin Crew member.
- Valid UK CAA Cabin Crew Attestation.
- Valid UK Cabin Crew Medical Certificate.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Ability to swim 25 meters unassisted.
- Knowledge of medical first aid (updated training provided by Ascend Airways).
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Valid passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.
- Minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
- Satisfactory background and DBS screening checks.
- Ability to commute within 90 minutes to London Gatwick Airport (LGW).
