Challenger 3500 Captain - Flight Crew Position

AB Jets is actively seeking qualified Captains to join our expanding flight crew operations. This role involves operating a fleet of Challenger 3500 aircraft, offering industry-leading compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Challenger 3500 aircraft.
• Adhere to structured duty and rest programs.
• Maintain currency and qualification in the CL-30 type.

Schedule & Domicile:

• 16/12 schedule: 16 days on duty, 12 days off.
• Known days off, including two consecutive weekends.
• Home-based position; no relocation required.
• Domiciles are located within a 1:30-hour drive of over 30 approved bases.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated annual compensation for Captains: $210,000 - $236,000.

Minimum Requirements (All Flight Crew):

• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid Unrestricted Passport.
• Ability to pass CANPASS.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA.
• Current FAA First Class Medical.
• FAA Instrument Rating.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Successful completion of Company and TSA background checks.
• No accidents, incidents, or enforcement actions within the past 5 years.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
• Pilots must reside within 1:30 hours of approved bases.
• Maximum pilot age for Challenger 3500 operations is 65.

Minimum Requirements (Captains):

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
• 3500 Hours Total Time.
• 2000 Hours PIC Time.
• 2000 Hours Turbine Time.
• 500 Hours Jet PIC Time.
• 2500 Hours Multi-Engine Flying Time.
• 300 Hours Instrument Time.
• Current and qualified in CL-30 type.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in corporate jet aircraft (Part 135/91).
