Cabin Crew Opportunity with AAP Aviation and Finnair

AAP Aviation, in collaboration with Finnair since 2015, is seeking exceptional cabin crew members to join their esteemed team. Operating from crew bases in Copenhagen, Delhi, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Stockholm, successful candidates will be working aboard Finnair A330 flights, primarily on routes from Bangkok to Sydney, Australia. Basic Requirements:

  • Possession of a completed Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum height of 162 cm (measurement will be taken prior to the swim test).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as Cabin Crew, with preference given to those with experience on wide-body aircraft.
  • Distant visual acuity of 0.7 or better in both eyes (with or without corrective lenses).
  • Normal color vision and hearing.
  • Good general health, meeting the minimum requirements outlined by EASA Part Med Cabin Crew and Finnair regulations. This typically implies the absence of long-term medical conditions that necessitate continuous or recurring medication or regular follow-up.
  • Successful completion of drug tests, which will be administered during the selection process to those selected for training.
  • Absence of visible tattoos, piercings, and dental jewelry.
  • A clean criminal record as certified by local police.
  • Please note that employment sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Candidates must possess the legal right to reside in Thailand.
  • Candidates must have the legal right to work in Thailand on a full-time, permanent basis.

Required Competencies and Skills:

  • The ability to swim 50 meters continuously without assistance. This will be tested during the recruitment process.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine passion for service.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Desired Qualities:

  • Empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to working effectively within a diverse, safety-focused environment.
  • Previous cabin crew experience is preferred. Experience in the international service industry or healthcare sector is considered a strong advantage.
  • A demonstrated ability to be a team player, exhibiting commitment, responsibility, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a positive, can-do spirit.
  • Independence, with the ability to effectively handle challenging tasks and perform under pressure.

Terms and Conditions:

  • A 10-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
  • 8 weeks of intensive training at the Finnair Flight Academy in Finland.
