Position: First Officer (A330)

ASL Aviation Holdings is seeking a skilled and dedicated First Officer to join its flight operations team. The First Officer plays a crucial role in assisting the Commander to ensure the safe and efficient conduct of the flight. In the event of the Commander's incapacitation, the First Officer is responsible for assuming command of the aircraft.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned duties pertaining to the flight in strict adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures, including specific aircraft type procedures, limitations, and performance parameters.
• Actively contribute to fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages effective communication and cooperation among all crew members.
• Provide counsel to the Commander should any aspect of the flight preparation appear to have been overlooked.
• Ensure the safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining continuous, independent checks on both geographical position and terrain clearance. Offer advice, information, and assistance to the Commander to support the safe and efficient operation of the flight.
• Seek and obtain necessary information or clarification from the Commander required to effectively fulfil the First Officer's duties.
• Uphold a high standard of personal discipline, conduct, and professional appearance, serving as a representative of the Company.
• Support the Commander through example in the development and maintenance of high professional standards and morale within the crew. Ensure the validity of the operational flight plan and, when necessary, file the Air Traffic Services Flight Plan with the appropriate authority. Verify the activation of the correct plan when using stored flight plans.

Requirements

Candidates are required to meet the following minimum criteria:

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 500 hours total flight time.
• Possess a valid EASA License.
• Date of last flight on the A330 must be within the last 12 months.
• Hold ICAO Level 4 English proficiency or higher.
• Must possess an EU passport.
• Must be eligible to live and work within the EU.
• Hold a valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
• Be current and qualified on the A330, possessing a valid Type Rating and Proficiency Check.
• Must have no history of accidents.

Available Bases: Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Mid-East Africa.

Roster Pattern: 8 days ON, 6 days OFF, Variable.

Routes: Operating across European and Mid-East Africa Destinations.
