CAE seeks an experienced ex-military pilot instructor for a role at RAAF Base Amberley, Brisbane, Australia. The successful candidate will deliver training on the A330 MRTT (KC-30A) aircraft, supporting Australian Defence pilot qualification, currency, and proficiency. The A330 MRTT Pilot Instructor will report to the KC30A Lead Instructor and support pilot qualification, currency, and proficiency events. Key responsibilities include delivering engaging mission briefs and debriefs, providing hands-on simulator instruction in a state-of-the-art Flight Training Device, collaborating with maintenance teams, developing and improving training materials and the syllabus, and supporting CAE technical staff with training delivery evolution.
